
That's when I told them that Santa is only bringing them socks and books. Seriously. Socks and books. (Unfortunately, I had actually bought my daughter some stuff already.)
I know what you're thinking. The librarian is telling me to buy books? WHAT? However, I know that there are some books that my kids will read over and over and over and then suddenly lose interest in, so that's when I donate them to the library. :)
Suggestions ... think about what your kids actually play with, physical toys or games that turn them into zombies on their tablets. (Yes, mine too become zombies.)
