Friends of the Chili Library Board

Mission Statement The Friends of the Chili Public Library is a non-profit group which promotes and supports the library by providing supplemental financial assistance for the purpose of purchasing special materials and equipment and sponsoring programs for the cultural and educational life of the community.
The Friends' Meetings The Friends' meetings are held on the second Tuesday of each month in the library's Barbara Ireland Community Room.

Currently the Friends
  • Sponsor a "Books to People" program to deliver library materials to the home-bound
  • Conduct Book Sales
  • Recycle used cell phones and inkjet cartridges
  • Support educational and entertaining programs for children, teens and adults
  • Support monthly book discussion groups
  • Promote library services to the public
  • Encourage endowments and gifts to the library
  • Increase public awareness of library resources

* Friday 9 am - 5 pm
Saturday 9 am - 5 pm
Sunday Closed
* First Friday of the month closed from 9 am - 11 am
