This week we're reading fiction!

So fiction is things that are "not" real. It doesn't mean that it couldn't be real, it's just that these are not actual facts.
So you could read things that seem like they're real, which is called "realistic fiction", or you could read fantasy, science fiction, or mysteries. All are considered fiction in their own way.
Want some suggestions?

Easy readers:
Elephant and Piggie series by Mo Willems - I'm sure you all know of Elephant and Piggie, but if you haven't ... OH MY GOODNESS they are so much fun.

Early chapter books:
Mercy Watson series by Kate DiCamillo - Mercy is a cute piggie who loves toast with butter. She is delightful!

Chapter books:
Doll People series by Anne Martin - Imagine that your dolls became alive when you weren't there. Now imagine that you are a hundred year old doll and suddenly a new doll comes along with new ideas! What would you do?

I am so thankful that Google brought me here. I learn something that will finish my book writing.
